Description
Peacock plants are known for their dramatic designed foliage, that often resemble feathers more than leaves. They are good and reliable houseplants, when some basic care is given. Calatheas are best grown in medium to bright light, but not any direct sun. The humidity is best at a moderate level, the leaves will begin to crisp on the edges if too low. Also, the need regular moisture but not soggy conditions. However, they are often potted in heavy mixes that quickly rot in home environments.
