Description
Chinese evergreen are easy to care for houseplants. Their quite colorful and patterned leaves make them a joy to place in our homes almost anywhere. There are many new varieties coming out recently, that has expanded the typical greens, pinks and silvers, to a multitude of shades including red, white and yellow. Generally, they are well behaved and need little care as to pruning, shaping and tidying. They thrive in medium to bright light, but are quite satisfied with lower light. They need good drainage and regular water but aren't too irritated by a missed dose or two. They also handle low humidity and cooler temps quite well.
